A dressing made from extra virgin olive oil and chilli: it is produced by adding a chilli flavouring. The chilli flavouring is produced by a qualified Italian company specialising in this sector; it contains no substances derived from GMOs, is free from allergens, and is suitable for use in food products. The oil is a blend of Leccino, Gentile di Chieti, Frantoio and Nebbio. Harvesting is carried out manually using combs and mechanical shakers. Large nets are laid on the ground to catch and collect the olives. The harvested olives are transported in crates or bins to the mill for pressing, which takes place immediately.
Extraction is carried out using a cold-pressing process in a continuous three-stage system, and the oil is stored in sealed stainless steel tanks.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.
