The name of this wine pays tribute to the owner, a noble, unmarried lady who loved fine wine and good company, and who owned the land where our great-grandparents worked as sharecroppers.
In recent years, our family has taken over these vineyards, which produce grapes of extraordinary quality, thanks to the soil’s characteristic high stone content.
Organoleptic characteristics
Appearance: pale straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Nose: the aromas are very intense, with pleasant notes of white fruit and citrus, and hints of exotic fruit.
Palate: on the palate, we note its good acidity and minerality.
