A dressing made from extra virgin olive oil and lemon: The olives are harvested by hand using combs and mechanical shakers. Large nets are laid on the ground to catch and collect the olives. The harvested olives are transported in crates or bins to the mill for pressing, which takes place immediately. The oil is extracted using a continuous three-phase cold-pressing process. The oil infused with lemon is obtained directly from the squeezing of the lemons simultaneously to the milling phase of the olives.
The product is stored in sealed stainless steel tanks.
The oil is a blend of Leccino, Gentile di Chieti, Frantoio and Nebbio.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.

È particolarmente adatto per condire pesce crudo, insalate, carpacci e dolci. Straordinario su salmone affumicato. Poche gocce a crudo danno a qualsiasi pietanza un gusto particolarmente piacevole e profumato.

Sono rimasta molto colpita dal prodotto, non avevo mai assaggiato uno simile; appena si versa, l’olio, sprigiona un aroma di limoni sensazionale dando quel tocco in più all’alimento che si sta consumando.
Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
