Production area: Costa dei Trabocchi between the municipalities of Rocca San Giovanni / San Vito Chietino (CH ) Abruzzo.

Vineyards: Martelli.

Altitude: 167m above sea level.

Vine training system:: Tendone.

Vine variety: Passerina (native vine).

Vines per hectare: 1800 viti.

Average production per vine: 6 kg.

Grape yield: 125 tonnes, Wine 87 hl/ha

Soil: mainly medium sandy.

Harvesting time: 10-September – 30-September.

Type of wine: white.

Vinificazione: the grapes are soft-pressed, the must is fermented at controlled temperatures with indigenous yeasts and the wine matured in steel containers for 6 months, followed by bottle ageing. The simplicity of the preparation highlights the best expressive characteristics of the grape variety.

Alcoholic Content: 13% vol.

Serving Temperature: 10-12° C.
