AYLARA

Along the Costa dei Trabocchi, between the towns of Rocca San Giovanni, San Vito Chietino and Lanciano, the vines of Fattoria Italiana Martelli have their roots in soil which range from gravelly to sandy, caressed by the breeze from the Adriatic Sea.

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC, fermented in stainless steel and aged in concrete tanks, has an intense dark red colour with violet hues; on the nose, there are hints of plum jam, blackberries and black cherries, whilst on the palate it stands out for its fullness and long finish.

AYLARA is the voice of a region that brings together the sea and the hills in every glass.

Appearance: red dark intense with hints of purple.

Nose: fruity with hints of jam made from plums, blackberries and sour cherries.

Flavour: full-bodied, well-balanced with long finish.
