AYLARA

Along the Costa dei Trabocchi, between the towns of Rocca San Giovanni, San Vito Chietino and Lanciano, the vines of Fattoria Italiana Martelli have their roots in soil which range from gravelly to sandy, caressed by the breeze from the Adriatic Sea.

Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC, produced through a short maceration at low temperature and aged in concrete tanks, boasts a brilliant cherry-red colour; the bouquet is floral and intense, with notes of cherry, blackberry and redcurrant, resulting in a harmonious and fragrant palate.

AYLARA is the voice of a region that brings together the sea and the hills in every glass.
